Thank you to the team at this CareSpot location off Southside! I was dealing with a pinched nerve in my neck (didn't know until I was seen) and I was taken care of in a timely manner and with kindness and attention to detail. I've been to a couple of CareSpots over the years and this location is clean, assists in a timely manner and makes sure you leave with all questions answered and with a great resolution to your medical needs. The QR code check-in is also top notch and makes the whole check-in process simple and not to mention it gives you live wait time list, so you know where you are being seen. Great job! I hope to not HAVE TO be back to a CareSpot, but if I do, I'll be going to this location. Thank you!

Waited for a long time before being called back. First visit was with provider: Kristina Agranat, who never introduced herself to us when she came in. She was very dismissive of my boyfriend’s symptoms even though I told her that I had bronchitis and he probably got sick from me. She refused to give him antibiotics until she looked at how red my throat was. We went back a second time to get steroids bc his throat was so swollen. We booked online what I thought was an appointment time of 11am. After 30 minutes in the waiting room I went up to the receptionist who told me they don’t do appointments, the times online are just guidelines or something dumb like that. I told her I had to be at work in a hour. She was kind and was able to get us in shortly after that interaction. The second provider we saw, Maria Fe Regan was exceptionally better than the first provider we saw.

I went in 8:20 and by 8:45 I was out, from the moment I went in the receptionist log me in and the nurse came to get me in the next 5 minutes took my vitals, soon as she steps out my doctor was in the next 2 mins, Dr Kristina Agranat was so professional and listen and engage in the problems I was having, I couldn’t have felt more comfortable with someone who really cared about you and her worked depicts the individual. Thank you all for caring about me. The services we render pays back to us. God bless you all.
