CareSpot Urgent Care of Oakleaf

This place is a nite-mare, there are 2 people ahead of us. We are the only people in the place. 3 patients waiting to be scene. Our appointment is for 3:00 pm. The other people just asked how much longer it is going to be. They have been here for over an hour and were told shouldn’t be too much longer they are waiting for a room. There is nobody else here. They waited another 20 minutes and just got called back. Then the other people asked and they were told they are next. So I think it is safe to say we will be in the waiting room for over an hour before we get called! Do better.. You customers don’t expect to make an appointment and wait in the waiting room for over an hour. What is the point of making an appointment? Update - I left after 1 hour and 40 minutes of sitting in the waiting room. The girl working at the front desk said it was the provider causing the delays. I wasn’t going to wait any longer to be called back and the. Wait another hour in the room for the doctor. I was there an 1.40 minutes and only one patient left in that time. They said all the rooms were filled. Why not call your patients and say hey we are running two hours behind we need to push you back. I will never come here again!

I have never came to an urgent care facility but I had a basic expectation for today. Made an appointment before 7 had an appointment at 940am sat for 40 minutes, nurse was nice. Doctor came in gave a quick once over and asked what i wanted her to do? You're the damn doctor, shouldn't you know? I had inner ear pain & pain when I breathe in and out. Got an antibiotic. The doctor was pathetic, was not knowledgeable and zero bed side manner. I will never go there again.

Doctors and nurses are always nice. And they’re always efficient when it comes to doing what you’re asked to be doing.But they need to work on their timing maintenance because it takes too long every single time we go in there. Had an appointment at 1 o’clock already had paperwork filled out beforehand. Had to fill out another seven pages when I got there. But didn’t get seen until after 1:45. Nobody was there waiting before me.

I'm always excited to share my wife's and myself experience with the public concerning personal health care. It goes without mention that the staff and physician's are extremely experienced and very well trained. I'm a disabled veteran with special needs which are always addressed without hesitation. The health care we received is always performed professionally with the patient care a priority. Altogether bravo! Job well done.
