Jada (Jayda) at the front desk is absolutely phenomenal! Staff of the year in my book. I first came in last week through Quest for a drug test and, for the first time ever, had a shy bladder. She was incredibly patient, kind, informative, and never made me feel uncomfortable or rushed. I was finally able to get it done, and I really appreciated how she handled the whole situation. I came back today for a pre-employment physical, which was only $50 (CVS Minute Clinic up the road charged $109) and once again had a great experience. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. I also love that this CareSpot is so close to my neighborhood. Great service, affordable, convenient, and an amazing staff.
Flawless visit. Friendly and fast. They even have an in-house pharmacy so it is possible to be a 'one stop shop' which it was for me, so no waiting for hours to be filled at the large retail chains. Filled out paperwork online prior to visit and even that was easy / didn't ask about your whole life and your parents lives. By far the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care.
I saved my spot in line ahead of time today, and we waited almost 2 hours and still were never called back. Ended up having to walk out, and wasted almost 2 hours of my day! Idk why there's a save your spot feature, it's useless if you're not going to be seen no where near close to the time slot you select. Very irritating to say the least. Especially when you have a small child trying to be seen about.
the staff was friendly and quick to get my issue taken care of.
Very friendly. Quick and easy. Excellent care.
