Carolyn helped me sell an estate condo from another state across the country. She was unbelievably efficient. She didn’t wait for the lawyer to do contacts and did them herself. She kept track of every communication to the lawyer, court, shared beneficiaries, and prospective buyers. She saved the sale by negotiating 3 closing dates. She contacted me weekly when there was no new news to report just to reassure me she was still working on things. She talked me through transactions I didn’t know how to do, and calmed me down when I had panic attacks. I would highly recommend her for any business you need done!
I highly recommend Carolynn Costello if you are searching for an outstanding realtor with expert knowledge in probate property! I recently inherited a home that was located in Jacksonville FL, 4 hours from where I live. This was a complicated sale because it was behind on mortgage and HOA payments. I was blessed to have found Carolynn as she guided me through every step from preparation to sell through closing. Her professionalism is unmatched and she is truly a Probate Property Angel!
Carolynn was so amazing to deal with. She guided and supported me through the whole probate, selling process. I would highly recommend her. Thank you for all the time you spent on this very specialized case and for making the sale a success!
Carolynn is one of the most well versed Realtors when it comes to probate deals. She does an amazing job walking clients through the process and getting ahead of any issues that can arise because she knows how it works! I would highly recommend!
Very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. Took tremendous load off of my family being able to rely on very professional people. Insured all required processes were being completed. A difficult probate process made easier by insuring estate was cleared, cleaned, estate sales performed, previewing potential buyers, and closing established, all in what seemed like a seamless fashion. I would recommend them to anyone going through this process. Nothing was left hanging. All personal and legal issues resolved with professionalism. They maintain a team of qualified personnel that can address personal and legal issues.
