Carter Brothers Roof Repair

We had a full new roof put on after a storm, and the whole process went very well. we were a little concerned about some missing shingles, but david inspected everything first and made sure the roof was stable enough to wait until installation day. They were able to schedule the roofing job sooner than expected, and the crew finished it quickly and efficiently. At the start of a busy time, the team was very respectful when communication was needed. i felt confident in the crew doing the roofing work, and it was reassuring to see the supervisors stop by to make sure everything was going the right way. The installers worked hard, paid attention to detail, and made the project feel organized from start to finish. They even came back a second day for extra yard cleanup because they wanted to make sure no roofing debris or nails were left behind. that level of care really stood out to us. the service was professional, prompt, and thoughtful, and i always recommend them to others in Orange Park who need roof repair or a new roof.

I can’t say enough good things about this roofing team. They were with us from the start of the insurance process all the way through the final roof and exterior repairs, and they made everything feel easy and well organized. Even the insurance adjuster seemed very satisfied with how clearly everything was handled. They kept us updated the whole time on the roof work, water damage repairs, gutters, and downspouts, so we always knew what was happening next. The crew paid attention to the details and installed the gutters the right way under the drip edge instead of taking shortcuts. In Florida’s heavy rain and storm season, that kind of proper roofing and drainage work really matters. Everyone was professional, helpful, and easy to work with, and the finished roof looks great. I would gladly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone in Orange Park who needs dependable roofing service. You really can’t go wrong choosing this roofing company.

After seeing another review, I wanted to share our very positive experience with this roofing company. We first heard about them through our homeowners association and were able to see the quality of both their crew and their roof work firsthand. Whenever we had a roof leak or wood rot issue, they responded quickly and professionally. When a flat roof on one of our rental properties needed to be replaced on short notice, their team came out right away. We were away at the time, but Shawn and the office staff made scheduling easy and kept everything organized. They were helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. They secured the problem area to help prevent more water damage, and as soon as the weather cleared in Orange Park, they completed the roof replacement. They also fixed poor prior construction that had been causing the leak, which gave us a lot of confidence in their roofing knowledge. On top of that, they handled the paperwork needed for our insurance claim, which made the whole process much smoother. They also replaced the roof on a friend’s home with very little notice after an inspection required a new roof before the sale could move forward. Because of their fast response and solid roof service, she was able to close on time. This roofing company will always be my first call for any roof repair, roof replacement, or wood rot repair.

Carter Brothers Roof Repair replaced our metal roof, and the whole roofing process was smooth from start to finish. Their representative was polite, professional, and easy to work with, and it was great to see the install crew treated with respect and managed well on the job. The new metal roof looks excellent, and the workmanship really stands out. During the installation, the crew cleaned up at the end of every day and kept the property neat the entire time, even when I said they could wait until the project was finished. They stayed organized, careful, and consistent throughout the roof replacement. Communication was simple, everything was handled as promised, and the project moved along without problems. After heavy Florida rain and strong storm weather in Orange Park, the roof has held up perfectly without a single leak. I highly recommend them for metal roofing and roof replacement work.
