We had an event on an Amelia River Cruise in Fernandina Beach. We hired Karen to do a charcuterie on board the boat. She had everything set up beautifully on the boat when we arrived. The food was delicious and presentation was perfect! These pictures do not do it justice at all! Thanks, Karen!

I have hired Karen with Champagne and Charcuterie at least a dozen times since she opened and every single time… she has blown me away! Such an amazing experience, delicious high quality and fresh products and ingredients with incredible customer service from her and her team. I cannot recommend them enough! From individual boxed adult lunchables to large grazing boards, catering spreads and everything in between… she can do it all! Thank you Karen and team!

WOW!!! 😍💯💖 Not only is the charcuterie delicious, but it's beautiful, too! Honestly, I feel bad eating it because it's like artwork, but it's so tasty, I can't help myself 😋 And it's more than just meat and cheese, she has so many scrumptious accoutrements!!! I love the honeycomb, macaron, chocolate covered strawberries, and the gorgeous artisanal crackers with flowers in them. I love having the little charcuterie cups at my open houses, also! 😍😍😍 I can't wait to call Karen to create a board for my housewarming party!!!!! 🙌🥂🍾

Excellent communication, fair prices, and so much food! We had a grazing table and it was a huge hit. Set up looked great for a professional event. The spicy goat cheese log was almost entirely devoured by me. Thank you Champagne and Charcuterie!
