Chart House

This place had great food at a very expensive price. It is worth every second of it though. The waitress was very nice and very on top of everything. We were seated quickly because we had a reservation. I would always recommend the crab tail. And the steak.

Chart House never disappoints. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, and the food is consistently exceptional. For me, the Sea Bass is the best choice in the city—perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and always memorable. A special thank you to Alia, who made our evening even more enjoyable. She was confident, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. Her professionalism and warm personality made us feel truly welcomed, and any small concerns were handled with care and efficiency. What I appreciate most about Chart House is how comfortable and valued they make their guests feel. It’s rare to find a restaurant that feels so inviting and makes you feel at home while enjoying such an outstanding dining experience. We look forward to returning soon.

The restaurant itself and views are incredible. I’m afraid that’s where the 5 star experience ended for our party. The service was slow and well below what you would expect for a higher end restaurant. The food was mediocre - sea bass and flounder were not very flavorful. The bruschetta was very good. Overall, for the money, there are better places to eat in Jacksonville.

My husband and I went to the Chart House in Jacksonville on June 20th and our favorite place to sit is in the bar ordering off the regular menu. The reason why we keep coming back is because of the bartender Josh. OMG he is amazing . His level of professionalism and ability to multi-task in such a busy environment is exceptional. Our drinks are always perfect and arrive in timely manner. He is also so fun to watch him perfect his craft. You can tell he totally enjoys his job! Thank you Josh for such all you do!
