Cici Carter, Orange Park Real Estate Agent, Keller Williams First Coast Realty, Orange Park, FL

CiCi Carter has been an incredible mentor and resource for me as a newer real estate agent. She is always willing to answer questions, share her knowledge, and help others grow in their business. Her professionalism, experience, and willingness to help set her apart from so many others in the industry. One of the things I appreciate most is that she is licensed in both Florida and Georgia, making her an excellent resource across multiple markets. In fact, whenever I have clients relocating to the Atlanta area or surrounding communities, CiCi is my go to referral partner because I know they will be in great hands. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely caring real estate professional, I highly recommend CiCi. She has earned every bit of this five-star review.

Cici Carter needs to be your realtor! Cici was recommended to me by a trusted real estate professional and friend, which meant a lot to me. I needed to help my Mom transition from our family home to her next chapter. From day one, Cici’s professionalism and work ethic stood out. Our initial meeting with her was amazing. She listened carefully to our concerns and ideas. It was clear that she understood what a big change this would be for my Mom. She was patient, thoughtful and provided lots of options- always making sure that Mom was feeling empowered and respected. In addition to her own remarkable personality and enthusiasm for the potential in our property, she brought in a fantastic team to handle marketing, provided masterful guidance on staging, and provided expert pricing guidance. Thanks to her guidance, our property had multiple offers within days and we were under contract after just 3 short days on the market. Throughout the negotiations and sale process, Cici was with us every step of the way. She kept us updated and advocated for us when needed. She made sure every last detail was addressed and answered each and every question we had! I knew that we were more than just a transaction to her! I enthusiastically recommend Cici to anyone needing help with a real estate transaction in the the Jacksonville area!

CiCi is an amazing realtor! I loved the way she communicated throughout the process. I felt like she did a good job lending her expertise where needed, but also Allowing me, as the seller to make my own decisions. Once a buyer was secured the process was seamless, and the team was efficient at working towards a smooth closing.

Cici helped my mom sell her house and later helped my husband and I buy our own house. CiCi is a wonderful, knowledgeable, detail oriented, real estate agent who knows all the ins and outs wether you are a buyer or seller. Great experience all around. Highly recommend!
