  I am so incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I received from Amy during one of the hardest seasons of my life. She helped me work through things that felt overwhelming and helped me see that there was light at the end of the tunnel, even when I couldn’t see it for myself. She never once made me feel judged or bad for the way I was feeling. It was always easy to talk to her, and I could genuinely tell that she cared about me and wanted to see me get better. I honestly don’t know where I would be today if I hadn’t made the decision to start seeing her. Even now, I continue to use the tools and coping skills she taught me, and they have made such a lasting difference in my life. I will always be grateful for the impact she had on me and for helping me become a stronger, healthier version of myself. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone going through similar struggles.
