I can’t thank Dr. Wurtz and the entire Next Step Program enough for the outstanding care they’ve given me. I’ve been a patient for a while now, and every single visit has been a positive experience. Dr. Wurtz is compassionate, patient, and truly takes the time to listen. He makes you feel respected, supported, and never rushed. The entire staff works together as an amazing team, and it’s obvious they genuinely care about their patients and want them to succeed. It’s rare to find a medical office where everyone treats you like family, but that’s exactly how I feel every time I walk through the door.

I am treated with respect and dignity with each visit. Dr. Wurtz is amazing and has great ideas and treatments. I would highly recommend him. And the office staff all get 5 stars as well. Everyone there treats you like you are number one from the moment you check in this check out. Id give 10 stars if I could.
I want to say that Dr Miles and Todd Wurtz were A+ medical providers. I, highly suggest that if you need ‘special’ care, Coastal Next Step is the place to go. I was so hesitant and anxious regarding going here. BUT, THERE IS NOTHING TO BE HESITANT ABOUT. The kindness, compassion, care, professionalism and treatment are PERFECT! Just what the Dr ordered. I've been going to pain management for about 2yrs and still in serious pain. The wait time to see the Dr is extremely long and time spent with the Dr is extremely short. I feel like they are overbooked and doing the best they can. I think these 2 issues seriously need to be improved. I'm extremely happy with the staff and Dr's. They're very helpful, friendly, professional and amazing. Thank you. Signed; a concerned patient.
Every doctor's appointment with Dr Todd is a positive one. He is a great doctor and very attentive to his patients' needs. He always takes the time to ask if there's anything else I need or any other issues.
