The office is very professional and well organized. Jacob is phenomenal and I feel totally safe with him overseeing my care. Everyone there truly cares about their patients. Kaydene is one of the best.

I love my Coastal office on Kingsley! Between Nora or Lisa checking you in…Shan getting you set up with vitals etc, the best team of PA’s around with Allison and Jakob to give you advice and help for pain management, and last but certainly not least with my girl Erhin checking you out and setting up future visits. I love this staff! They always have a smile on their faces and make me feel like family.

This office is so inviting & everyone is just so down to earth. They offer "Checking in online," which I definitely take advantage of doing because it saves me time & the person at the front desk, I just let her know I m here, I ve already paid my co-pay while doing my check in online & I m ready for my appointment! Whenever the person checks my me in, they're always so polite & nice.I usually see Doc Allison, She's a sweetheart, always making sure to ask me how I m doing & Doc Jacob too, Both Docs are always so sweet & caring, making sure I m doing good & if there's anything I need or anything going on, just really making me feel at ease. Checking out with Arran, she's always so accommodating & makes sure I ve got my appointment down for next months visit! I really feel comfortable with everyone at this office, so friendly & caring & honestly, that's a plus for health care!! I Appreciate the job they all do! 😊

Five stars for Coastal Spine & Pain located on Kingsley Ave. in Orange Park! The entire staff is incredibly welcoming, compassionate, and professional. Dealing with chronic pain is incredibly exhausting, both physically and mentally, but from my very first appointment, I felt truly heard. Dr. Medvedovsky & J. Warpinski-Bitting, PA-C, didn’t just look at my charts—they actually listened to my concerns, took their time, and validated what I was going through. The whole team takes their time to listen and genuinely care about your recovery, comfort and the management of your pain. Highly recommend them to anyone struggling with pain management.
