I recently had an issue with my pool equipment and reached out to Coastal Luxury Outdoors and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I contacted them, their team was responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had everything up and running the same day. What really stood out was the attention to detail and how thoroughly they explained everything to me. No guesswork, no surprises, just honest, high-quality work. Highly recommend them for anyone needing equipment repairs or general pool service!
Very reputable for pool cleaning and new pool construction throughout Jacksonville. Well-run company with good people.
I met the Coastal Luxury Outdoor team in their office and they couldn’t have been more welcoming. The whole experience was smooth and professional from the start. Their team really knows their stuff when it comes to pool cleaning and maintenance—reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. If you’re looking for quality pool service and great people behind it, definitely check them out!
I'm a huge fan of Coastal—they're truly in a league of their own when it comes to service quality and customer care. From day one, they've consistently delivered top-tier service with a level of professionalism that's hard to come by. Whether it's regular maintenance or last-minute requests, Coastal always comes through. TC, who manages all of my scheduling and cleaning needs, is exceptional. He’s reliable, communicative, and goes out of his way to ensure everything runs smoothly. The entire team is punctual, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. What I especially appreciate is their flexibility—they’re always willing to accommodate any ad-hoc needs that come up, which makes working with them completely stress-free. I can’t recommend Coastal highly enough. If you're looking for dependable service with a personal touch, look no further.
