May Management charges the members a fortune and directs the volunteer board down fiscal ruins. Every member home has to be well cared for but the common areas which are the responsibility and supervision of May Mgt staff FAILS. Look at just one of the pars upkeep (the others look similar (except the area around the club house! DO YOUR jobs!
Very nice place with swimming pools for grown up and kids
Could not exit from the gym, despite clear sign saying use this door (the right one). Was able to leave via the locker / rest room. Other than that, it’s a decent little gym for residents and maybe our guests? Sorry I’m not more in touch I’ve been out of the gym since Covid. First time back! 4/23/2023.
Nice gym for residents with 2 pools (kid & adult). Conference room, kitchen available inside. We’ll taken care of and clean
This is an awesome Clubhouse. It is just for residents' use. I have used it for card games and gone to activities at it. I get compliments about it. It is in my development of Coastal Oaks.
