I can’t say enough about this orthodontist group. They simply amaze me every time we are here. This is our 5th child getting braces and once again, they show top notch customer service and kindness throughout the office. My kids always have bragged on the assistants and doctors here. They are the kindest people who take time to get to know each kid. They have never dreaded coming here, but instead look forward to their visits. Most importantly, their teeth look amazing when treatment is done. The doctors take time to make everything just right! Thank you to you all!
Amazing staff! Everyone was so transparent and helpful and willing to work with us. We went in for a consult and were able to walk straight out with braces rather than having to wait for another appointment. My son loved everyone he talked to and they made him feel comfortable. They were very detailed in all explanations and we never felt rushed.
It has always been very easy to schedule or reschedule around family emergencies or school schedules. The staff is fantastic! Everyone is kind, patient and knowledgable. They go above and beyond to explain what they are doing and why to make both of my sons less anxious and comfortable!
As a new patient, I know it takes time to do all the X-rays, etc for your record. Megan the hygienist did an exceptional on thorough job of completing all my assessments and allowing me the option for cancer screening etc. She provided the costs caps from my insurance so that I could make an informed decision on any additional testing. Dr Elizabeth was very pleasant in explaining my issues and suggesting a treatment plan. I was extremely pleased with my care at Concourse Dental.
We have always loved coming here! The staff is fantastic, they explain everything so easily for us, they provide a very welcoming atmosphere, and have always made us feel comfortable! We are very grateful to have found such an amazing office!
