Comfort Suites St. Augustine Historic District Area

This hotel provided excellent service. The room was great. Security was top notch. Breakfast was as expected. There was a nice pool but we didnt get a chance to use it. This would be a 5 star review aside from being charged $10 a day to park in their own parking lot. There is nothing to see or do nearby that would cause the lot to be filled by anyone other than those already paying to stay at the hotel.

This hotel made us feel so at home in the best way possible. Each staff member was so kind and welcoming despite our chaotic large family. Everything was always incredibly clean, and the lobby had the world cup going at all times which made for a fun atmosphere. The entire hotel, including the rooms, maintained a kind of coastal vibe making for a great space. I cant stress enough how good the location was especially for this price, we were literally 5-10 minutes from practically everything. Would highly recommend for anyone!

The hotel is clean and and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The room we had on the first floor was large and clean. It looked like it was recently remodeled. The beds are rock hard and we couldn't sleep. There is 24 hour coffee and lemon water. You get a breakfast voucher, but we didn't have breakfast so can't say how it is. I wouldn't say the location is walking distance to the historic district, but it's not a far drive. It's a quiet location.

Overall good experience. We enjoyed our 4 day stay at this hotel. Friendly and efficient staff specially the lady at the kitchen cafeteria. Room was nice and spacious. Comfortable bed and nice pillows. Good housekeeping noticed in all areas visited. To improve further they should consider updating the cable tv since very limited channels are available. I was surprised there is a charge now for parking the car.
