It is ok and decently priced for dipped cones in the area. I got the cotton candy dip and it was very thin and couldn’t really taste it. Id recommend not getting a topping. They are very generous which isn’t a bad thing but it kinda ruins the flavor. Additionally the workers were a little rude but I understand I was a teenager once working at an ice cream shop. Getting customers at non rush times can be a little frustrating. Might go again if I have a craving, cuz Dairy Queen skimps on the sizes.
I was hesitant to write this review but after thinking on it I felt like I needed to say something. Ordered delivery last night which normally is flawless and the ice cream arrives solid and cold as it’s a short distance. Well this time the store decided it was okay to send out the order already melted with a note saying sorry for the inconvenience this needs to freeze The order arrived a soupy melted mess the waffle bowl was soggy and I tracked the driver, this order came directly from the store to my door If you couldn’t maintain the quality then the order shouldn’t have ever left the store and you should have cancelled the order. Tell me to freeze it so sorry is unacceptable
Love this local gem! 🍦 The staff is always friendly and super quick. They’ve got tons of flavor options, sundaes, slushes, and the famous waffle cone is a must. My go-to? The strawberry shortcake sundae—so good I couldn’t wait to snap a photo before diving in! (Yes, that’s it half eaten in the pic 😅)
We recently moved to the area and decided to give this place a try. So glad we did! Tried the scoop ice cream and it was delicious! - Salted Caramel Praline was definitely my favorite. My kid like the soft serve and had fun picking from all the soft serve flavors and various toppings they offered. The girls working were super welcoming and friendly too. Such a cute, happy little spot for families. We will definitely be back!
In the past we have been very happy with Conie's. They are one of the only places we could go with a sugar free option. Tonight we walk in at 9:28 (they close at 9:30). They were severing the people in that were at the counter. Then she told us they where closing in one minute and couldn't sever us. If they couldn't lock the doors behind us take 2 minutes to sever us then we will be going to Bruster's or Wits who is still open or Jeremiah's who has sugar free option. So disappointed in the lack of customer service. It was not like we were asking for something that would take 10 minutes. There are other options so those will be who we choose next time.
