I trained at CORTX Sports Performance in Jax and it was a great experience. The workouts are super structured and based on real performance training, not just random lifting. The environment is serious and pushes you to improve. Overall, a great place to train and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who is serious about their sport.
I’ve been coming to CORTX since opening and love it. The trainers are awesome and I’ve built really great relationships with them, which makes a big difference. I’ve made a lot of progress with my volleyball performance, especially my vertical, and I feel way more confident overall. The environment is so motivating and supportive, I can’t imagine training anywhere else!
This training facility is excellent. The coaches are knowledgeable and really help athletes improve, and the environment is both motivating and competitive. The equipment is high quality and everything is well organized. I’ve seen real progress since training here and would highly recommend it.
Cortx provides a highly engaging and welcoming environment, supported by excellent trainers and a strong community. It has significantly improved my performance in many areas.
Cortx has honestly been one of the best places I’ve worked out at. The training is challenging in a way that actually helps you improve, and you can tell the coaches genuinely care about helping everyone get better. The environment is really positive and motivating, and everyone is super supportive of each other. I’ve definitely become stronger and more confident since starting there, and it’s a place I genuinely look forward to going to.
