I had the pleasure of meeting Arielle, leasing consultant! Professional, excelent customer service, very clear moving through the leasing process. She has been extremely helpful with our concerns, highly motivated to help and helping us make our new venture of moving in, a happy transition. Definately! recommend Country Club! Staff reflects the confidence and trust a new tenant looks for to make a move in decision. Greatful beyond words! :)

Came here to visit a friend, 1st time seeing a complex like this on Florida. Couple things I noticed. They are very slow to fix anything. The roads leading around this complex was bumpy. I was told sections of that road has been like that for months. I believe that to be inexcusable. Some areas had pot holes that would damage some vehicles. So be careful driving through sections of this complex. I did enjoy walking around the grounds. The ponds had some wildlife in it and was very peaceful. You can tell this is an older complex and with so many new ones going up for about the same price, this would be my last option based on what I saw.

Beautiful complex, had a tour with Arielle! She was very friendly and personable.Answered my questions without hesitation and was very patient while I was digging through everything in the apartment. Had to get a good look! Thanks, Arielle!

This whole place is a joke. From the management down. They “fix” issues but they just take a bandaid and slap over it. The rent is astronomical for what you get, they don’t inspect the apartments well before you move in and it takes an act of congress to get anything fixed. They constantly call you instead of communicating through email so nothing is in writing and they always call and say oh the maintenance tech will be there today. Then today turns into tomorrow then to next week and then they just don’t do it. Take your money elsewhere and find a better apartment that actually takes care of their units and tenants.
