Vivian It’s fabulous. She knows exactly what you’re saying and what you want especially if you don’t know what you’re talking about. I would highly recommend her. The salon is wonderful warm and very accommodating.****for them.

Let me just start off by saying I do like my nails that I got from there however the customer service needs to do better and pissed me off. From the beginning of the service I was transparent about what I wanted. Told 3 people that I wanted medium nails with a white tip and wanted the shape to be square. Said this 3 different times to 3 different people. So after stating what I wanted I asked how much it would be. I was told $65. I always ask the price before allowing services to begin. So she started doing my nails. She finished and then I reminded her that I was quoted $65 then she goes oh no it’s $100. Immediately I look at all the people that said $65 and then everyone starts back pedaling saying oh well she didn’t give u medium length nails she gave u long. Then I said well I told her medium. And then the other lady that said it was gonna be $65 goes oh well that was a miscommunication…. Ok that’s not my fault. Y’all need to honor what yall told me. I ended up paying $100 but never again will I go back

I love Miss Stacey. She is the best pedicure lady ever! The prices are phenomenal. I never have to think about surprises on my bill. They have excellent options for pedicures. The ambiance and customer service are everything. I wish I found this place 2 years ago.
