Our realtor was Angie Osorio. We had been looking for a rental townhome in the Jacksonville area and had not had any luck for over a month. After cold calling several brokerages, Angie got back to us and immediately arranged tours for several places. We got MLS access which made the search much easier. She was attentive, reachable even after working hours when listings popped up, and advocated for us every step of the way. Within 2 weeks we found the perfect rental and are moving in next month. She was able to help negotiate first month payments, coordinated with the listing agent, and even got our ESA into a home that was a hard no on animals. Cannot recommend her enough and have to give Crossview a huge thumbs up for providing us with her.
