Chef Brie provided a memorable dining experience for my husband’s 60th birthday. She made sure the details were understood ahead of time so we could focus on visiting with our guests. The food was amazing, and cleanup was quick and thorough. I walked into the kitchen and it was like nobody had even been there. Brie has worldly experience in the kitchen and I appreciate the knowledge she shares through her “love language”… amazing food!

Last October, we hired Chef Bri Murray of Culinary Experience’s as our personal chef for a marketing dinner, and I can confidently say she exceeded every expectation! Our events lead was looking for something unique that could bring us all together while creating a memorable experience—and Chef Bri absolutely delivered. First off, Chef Bri is an absolute gem of a person. She trekked all her equipment up three flights of stairs without breaking a sweat and made it look easy. She was so warm and engaging that by the end of the evening, I knew I’d made a new friend. Now let’s talk about the food. I asked my coworkers for pictures, but all they sent were shots of half-eaten dishes—Chef Bri’s food was so good that no one thought to take photos before diving in! We had an international group at the table, with guests from Argentina and Italy, so it was especially cool to see how her cooking delighted such diverse palates. Every dish was a masterpiece. Her bourbon peach chicken was perfectly moist and bursting with flavor, and the red snapper was hands-down my personal favorite. She also started us off with a stunning array of appetizers, including a baked brie with figs that was so inspiring, I made my own version for Thanksgiving! And thank goodness she made extras because everyone went back for seconds and thirds. Our team of 10 couldn’t stop raving—not just about the incredible food but also about Chef Bri herself. The experience was unforgettable, and next time we’re in Florida, there’s no question we’ll be calling her again. Chef Bri created an exquisite dining experience for our family girls trip. Her food was amazing, presented in such a beautiful display, and personalized to our individual tastes! We found, however, that besides her amazing cooking abilities, that this young woman has an incredible story of resilience, a positive outlook, and desire to give back to foster children through her mentorships. She is saving to buy a farm where she can give back more to children who are in need. She is truly a rare find! If anyone knows anyone looking to back up someone’s dream, look no further.
