I have used Dave Turner Plumbing since 1988. Never being disappointed with the overall experience. Always professional and doing quality work at a reasonable price. The service is prompt and the technicians have always been friendly and respectful of your plumbing issue. Today was yet another such experience. Thanks to the late Dave Turner for instilling within this company, the professional and great service provided. Carried on by the sons and "Mom" also being a long time positive influence with the business and family.
Fantastic plumbers!!! Came within only a few hours, repaired it perfectly and fast, and very reasonably priced!!! I had the pleasure of Phil being my technician today! He had me laughing from beginning to end which made my day, week and month! Needing a repair is stressful, and Phil was so charming, kind and thorough. I will always remember it as a wonderful day! I am extremely appreciative!
We had a Rheem Hot Water unit that failed. After multiple calls with Rheem Customer service that would NOT honor their warranty. we called Dave who is certified dealer. 180 degrees difference, unit covered and installed today. 5*++
I started with another plumbing service who left things half way done .... called Dave Turner Plumbing and they fixed what was not done properly and were SUPER to communicate and professional with a pleasant attitude. Best service hands down! Even their customer service person is happy when you call! Thank you!
I can not say enough good things about this company. Heather, in the office, was more than kind and respectful. She communicated perfectly and truly listened to my information about what was going on, and why I needed their services. She was upfront about their rates, which I appreciated greatly. The plumber they sent, Rob, treated me with the same respect and kindness. He was knowledgeable and thorough, and got the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
