Dedicated Senior Medical Center

I had read the comment below and it seems we are not the only one that are having issue with referral team. It was done incorrectly and not in a timely manner. They sent us to see a podiatrist without sending an authorization document. Waste of our time and resources for that trip to find out later that the referral they sent us to does not accept our insurance. Trying to contact our primary care physician, Dr. Devine to solve the matter. He had the referral coordinator director, Joy to help us and all she did was promise one day after another that her team will call us which they never did. There are no system in place and no logistics at Dedicated Senior Medical Center in Edwood. Very unorganized and poor communication. Jeff was another contact that we reach out and was promised to help us but that another broken promise. This is ChenMed mission statement “We are driven to help seniors achieve better health. Our founders and family are on a mission to make sure seniors have access to convenient, quality care.” It does sounds good but it doesn’t deliver.

This clinic staff is kind, compassionate and professional starting from the front desk, to the medical staff. The cleanliness is a huge priority, and coordinating effort of all departments. Love the one stop shop idea. Thank you!

My very first orientation to Dedicated Seniors was very exciting. The staff were all very informative, pleasant and very attuned to what my needs might be. Plus the monthly attention to holidays 😉 definitely a plus. Everyone was very cordial and professional and attentive. The friendliness is outstanding 😍. Even when I was transfered from Lakewood to Edgewood it was smoother than I expected. I don't hesitate to let anybody know about your services and how pleased I am with all of you.
