The St. John's Botanical Garden and Nature Preserve is definitely a work of love. Naturally romantic; a great variety of palms, expertly planted. The tour was a wonderful learning experience, not only about the plants but also about their effect on the environment, their symbiotic relationship and their survival. It can be seen in an hour or two, but it is expanding. Highly recommended. The owner/guide has a wonderful sense of humor, too. What he has created is a gift to us all.
Such a peaceful and beautiful area. Camping and biking would be good for this area. We saw a bald Eagle and it was majestic!
