Delta Hotels by Marriott™ Jacksonville Deerwood

I had an incredible stay at this hotel and can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, Tiffany made check-in a seamless and welcoming experience, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. Erica's quesadilla was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had—crispy, flavorful, and made with care. During the day, Marco went above and beyond to be accommodating and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. When it was time to switch rooms, Reggie and GiGi made the transition smooth and hassle-free, showing genuine professionalism and kindness. Overall, a truly outstanding experience with staff that made me feel valued and cared for. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I'm here for 17 nights. Some of the staff can be abrupt when asking for things . I asked for some milk for coffee and was told NO, fortunately a gentleman working at night got me some and I've gone to the store to have in the fridge to avoid this problem. He was amazing, his name escapes me... Reggie maybe? . Bar is expensive but the bartender was great, food definitely wasn't great. Had the worst steak ever first night, chewy and tough for $38, also asked for wings that never appeared, and that is the biggest disappointment because I was starving. I didn't bother saying anything because I'd travelled all day and the bartender brought it up to my room...so not sure about room service. Bed is good, room is clean though amenities are lacking here, some plugs don't work either which is a pain and no breakfast, might be the room rate but still, I'd have added it if asked. It's close to work for me which is why I picked this place. Would I stay again? No. There may be other rooms available here, I booked via my company site, but if I end up in Jacksonville again I will stay elsewhere. On night 4 now...roll on next two weeks to go back to AZ

I had such a wonderful experience with the service and accommodations at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, and the hotel itself was beautiful and comfortable. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to fully enjoy everything the hotel had to offer because my daughter became sick during our stay. Even with the unexpected circumstances, the staff was understanding and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning one day so I can actually relax and enjoy everything it has to offer!

This hotel was absolutely horrible and I would not recommend staying here. The shower curtains in the bathroom had mold. The bathroom vents were not working. The layout of the bathroom was poorly designed, you cannot use the sink if the bathroom door is open. The receptionist told me parking was free after I asked him the price of parking when I was checking in. After checking out, I had a random charge of $10.75, which was for parking. Evidently, certain employees need to be properly trained on the hotels policies. I paid $230+ for two nights, and for the price it was a total waste staying here. 0/10 would not recommend.
