Deutschwerks European Auto

Deutschwerks has been amazing! I had two different services performed here (belt tensioner replaced, and engine mounts replaced for a 2019 BMW X3). Throughout the whole process, Joe and his team have been thorough, communicative, and efficient. I had to wait on parts to arrive before the team could work on my vehicle, and I was kept updated every step of the way. It was truly impressive how quickly they finished the jobs. Pricing is reasonable, and I felt that Joe went out his way to make sure it was fair. Joe and his team are exceptional and I trust them with my vehicle. It feels good to know we have a trustworthy Euro shop in the neighborhood. 10/10 recommend these guys!

Highly recommend this team for Audi service! They made the 40k-mile maintenance on my A4 completely stress-free with easy scheduling and fair pricing. The text-based estimates were a great touch. Work was finished right on time, and Joe did an excellent job walking me through the details and noting that I'll need tires soon. No surprises, just great service

Joe and Bella were incredibly helpful! Our VW Atlas had some major engine issues which in the end required a new engine. Joe walked us through our options and never once tried to upsell me on a new engine. He was able to find us a fair deal and get our car up and running again.
