So far, our experience has been wonderful. We booked a uhaul and a storage unit through Devon Self Storage so our move was a one and done. Rosslyn was super thorough with all information and instructions for both the uhaul and unit. She made great suggestions for our situation to make everything go smoothly. I highly recommend them for uhaul rentals and storage units! I'll update my review when we are finally able to take our stuff out of the storage unit!
I highly recommend Devon self storage! I kept my furniture from my old apartment there for a number of years and everything was still in pretty good repair when I arrived. I truly have to think. Rosslyn For all her help. She has been amazing! If you need to store your stuff, definitely bring it here!
We’ve had a great experience at the St. Augustine location. Rosslyn, the on-site GM, is excellent. She proactively reached out to me to ensure I had everything I needed to get into our store unit. The facility is clean and well maintained.
Devon was an amazing lady. She is very nice. And very detailed rates are better than most in town. The units are raised up so no flooding. Very clean and accessible. And it's closer to home. Thank you for everything during this difficult time in my life.
Rosslyn was extremely helpful with my U-Haul rental and answered all my questions completely and thoroughly. Will definitely rent through Devin Storage again for U-Haul as well as for my storage needs. Rosslyn was very helpful with the units for our retail store in downtown St augustine.
