I had an amazing experience working with Jasmine Larue at State Farm. She was incredibly pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She went out of her way to help me and took the time to explain everything clearly so I could fully understand what was happening every step of the way. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She made a very stressful claim feel much easier to navigate and resolve with the way she communicated and genuinely cared about helping me through the process. Sara was absolutely awesome to work with. She made us feel like family. We had an issue with our current broker who left us high and dry on a Friday afternoon. I reached out on Saturday, and received an email on SUNDAY, letting us know they would contact us on Monday. Sara both emailed and called. The call was much appreciated, there is no replacement for human interaction. Being Full-time RVer's we have unique insurance needs. Sara understood it and processed everything in a couple hours. Top notch customer service. We are so happy.

Tara is a respectful and knowledgable agent. She greeted us as soon as we entered her office. Tara and the folks at the Diane Banks agency were fantastic! I was nervous about moving to Florida, especially moving my boat to Florida permanently. I had heard so many horror stories. Tara’s expertise in boats, especially catamarans made it so easy for me. She answered all my questions, did all the paperwork, and coordinated with me what I needed to do. I still can’t believe she was able to make it so easy.
