I must say excellent from the time I get there until the time I leave. The receptionist is always smiling , courteous and professional. They are quick to take you back to see the doctor usually 5 to 10 minutes wait. Dr. Long once in room usually in there within 5 minutes also. He listens attentively and responds quickly and professionally. He knows exactly what services you need for your diagnosis to be correct. Pretty quick on follow up appointments. He's good so he's also very busy. I would recommend him and his office if your looking for a all around great experience with a healthcare provider
I have been a patient of Dr. Long for several years now, I can only provide positive inputs on him and his staff. Everyone is so professional. Dr. Long is caring, he listen to your questions and provides alternative solutions. Highly recommended.
I absolutely love Dr Long! He is so kind and thoughtful! He always listens to me and any concerns that I have. He is VERY thorough! He will take as much time as you need him to, to take care of you! I don’t like calling the office for anything because you can never get anyone to answer the phone and you always have to leave a message. If you’re a patient, you are lucky if you get a call back. I love the patient portal though because you can ask any questions or tell them anything on there and you will get a response!
I know Doctor Long for about 8 years since we move to Florida. Doctor Long is a great listener and ask questions. He makes me feel very comfortable about personal information. He is very knowledge and friendly always greets you with a smile. He always knows exactly what the medical issue is and explain things in a way that makes sense to me. He is the best. Luis
I have been a patient of Dr A Long since his opening of CRESENT BEACH CARE. Always compassionate, easy to talk to and just a pleasure to see. He makes the time, never rushing you out. I think his entire staff are all GREAT!!!! THANK YOU CBC I DO APPRECIATE YOU ALL !!!!!!!
