Called Drains Plus for a septic pump issue and they've since become our go-to. They diagnosed the pump problem quickly, explained exactly what was wrong before doing anything, and had it fixed without trying to sell us on extra work we didn't need. On another occasion, we had a stubborn clog and called them again — same experience: showed up on time the next day, worked efficiently, and charged a fair price for the work done. No upselling, no inflated invoice, just honest work from people who know what they're doing. Two different issues, same reliable result both times. Highly recommend. Resident of Bryceville, FL
Drain Plus was wonderful! They came out within 10 minutes of my calling them. Fixed my emergency pipe burst issues immediately. They are honest and trustworthy.
I found Drains Plus from a bad review of another company, and my family is happy we went with Bud from Drains Plus! Showed up within an hour of calling! Went over what the problems were and told me the quote and had it done by an hour! Fast, friendly, and quality service and great parts! Don't go anywhere else! I know who I'm calling!
Once again the well pump gave me a run for my money...quite literally 🤦♀️ A huge shout-out and thank you to David Wertman of Drains Plus for absolutely saving the day! From the very first message, David was prompt, professional, and incredibly responsive. He showed up the same day I reached out, quickly diagnosed the issue with my well pump, and then left to get the parts that were needed. True to his word, he came back right away and had me back up and running within just a couple of hours. What really stood out to me is not only his knowledge and reliability, but also how affordable his services are and how genuinely down-to-earth he is. David is just a good person who clearly cares about helping people and doing the job right. I cannot express how grateful I am for his honesty, dependability, and follow-through. In a world where it’s hard to find service providers who actually do what they say they will do, David Wertman of Drains Plus is a rare find. If anyone ever finds themselves in need of well pump service, I cannot recommend him highly enough. He went above and beyond, and I am so thankful for the peace of mind he gave me today
What have had Bud and his team come put on a couple occasions for service. He has always been prompt, courteous, cost efficient and extremely helpful. He is our now go to plumber.
