This was truly an exceptionally excellent experience!! The prior attempts to make contacts to different furniture companies many times were unresponsive. The young man Evan, who repeatedly assisted me went above and beyond in his customer service. He made sure any every question or concern I had was throughly and completely taken care of. He worked hard and succeeded in my being able to purchase the compllete beautiful living room furniture set I fell in love with will happen for me! Dreamee Furniture has a Gem in their possession! It's no wonder why the company has high customer ratings.

We had a fantastic experience working with Evan at Dreamee Home Furniture in Jacksonville. Evan is a true expert when it comes to couches and helped us find the perfect one for our home. He patiently walked us through the options, explained everything clearly, and even delivered the couch himself. Evan truly cares about his customers' satisfaction and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our order. His kindness and professionalism made the whole process a breeze. Thank you, Evan, for your excellent service! We’re so happy with our Cloud Couch!
I walked in Ashley’s home furniture and found a couch I liked. They said shipping would take 4 weeks and it was a little more than what I wanted to pay. Evan got me the same couch, 1 week shipping, dropped it off for free, and saved me over a $1,000 dollars. The customer service was great and it’s nice I was able to support local.
Amazing experience with Evan at Dreamee Home! I wasn’t sure what couch I wanted yet, but Evan made it a really smooth experience from the start. I went with the Emilia sectional and it was exactly what I needed and a great deal! Thank you Evan!
Im in Love with my couch! Evan is such a great seller, He explains the entire purchasing process and even sends you videos of the furniture making you feel confident with your purchase. I will definitely recommend them and will be shopping with them again
