Duval County Tax Collector - St. Johns Square Branch

I had several transactions: an auto title transfer to me as an heir of a deceased individual; a transfer of the title from me to another individual; and the tag issuance to that individual. I signed in as needing a title transfer but Paul offered assistance to inquire about what we needed and changed the category to multiple transactions. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and customer focused. After waiting a few minutes we were called and had the pleasure of being helped by Kamora. Her assistance was outstanding and she processed all the necessary transactions in a short period of time. I was expecting to spend all afternoon at the tax collectors office and everything was handled in about 20 minutes. I have never experienced such outstanding and accommodating service at a governemental agency. I had read the reviews of this newly opened site prior to going to the agency and they were almost all 5 star reviews. I told both Paul and Kamora that the reviews were very positive and they said they were glad to hear it. Every public facing governmental agency needs to emulate whatever processes, training, or any other magic that produces such outstanding performance by this office.

Aleisha was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and spacious. No wait and very convenient location for me. I no longer dread going to DMV!

Super fast service if you plan to come don’t think is going to take time is super fast.
