Absolutely amazing experience! I walked into the office in quite a bit of discomfort on my left back hip area and left feeling like a completely different person. The relief was almost immediate, and I honestly couldn’t believe how much better I felt by the time I got home. (Drove from Orange Park) The entire experience was excellent. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. They took the time to listen to what was bothering me, explained everything clearly, and genuinely seemed to care. It’s not often that you walk into an appointment in pain/discomfort and leave without it, but that was exactly my experience. I’m extremely happy and impressed with the level of care I received. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a chiropractor. Five stars all the way!

I’m very grateful for the care I continue to receive at East Coast Injury Clinic. Ms. Heather and Ms. Mildred are the heart of the clinic; always so warm, welcoming, and kind. They greet you with a smile every time and make you feel comfortable and cared for from the moment you walk in. The entire team, from physical therapy to the providers, is amazing, compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in your healing. They truly go above and beyond to find different ways to support your recovery. Everyone there treats you with kindness and respect. They’ve helped me through a really difficult time, and that means more than I can put into words. I highly recommend this clinic, you’ll truly be in great hands.

I am so very blessed to have been able to be treated @ East Coast Injury Center. In just one month with PT 3x week, I am 1000% better and feel amazing. Northside location- Connie and Cathy are absolutely AMAZING! They are kind, professional, and truly the heart of this office. They always go above and beyond to make patients feel welcome and cared for. If you're coming for physical therapy or shockwave treatments, I can't recommend them enough—they're a 10/10! Unfortunately, my experience with the chiropractic care has been the complete opposite. The chiropractor was more than 55 minutes late for my appointment and I ultimately had to leave without being seen because I couldn't miss any more work. Over the past five weeks, I've only seen him in the office once, making it very difficult to receive consistent or any chiropractic care for that matter. As a veteran and a small business owner, I believe respecting people's time is one of the most important parts of providing a service. When you're the only person who can perform the chiropractic adjustments in the office, reliability and punctuality are essential. Losing an hour of work and still not receiving treatment is simply unacceptable. Connie and Cathy deserve recognition for the incredible job they do every appointment. My disappointment is solely with the chiropractor's lack of availability and respect for patients' time. And the fact that it’s $1 per page to electronically get a copy of your record (that took 2 weeks to receive) but that’s a story for another day!
