Eddie was absolutely amazing to work with! He made the lending process easy to understand, kept me informed every step of the way, and was always available to answer my questions. His professionalism and dedication made all the difference. I highly recommend Eddie to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy lender!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Eddie O’Keefe and SWBC Mortgage Corporation! Moving from Texas to Jacksonville was a huge transition for us, and buying a home in a new state could have been incredibly stressful. Eddie made the mortgage process one of the easiest parts of the entire move. From the very beginning, Eddie was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us. He communicated with us every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and always made sure we understood what was happening. Even with all the moving pieces involved in relocating across the country and buying a home in the Jacksonville market, Eddie kept everything moving smoothly. What really stood out to us was how accessible and personable Eddie was. We never felt like just another loan number. He made us feel like he truly cared about getting us into our new home and making the process as seamless as possible. We would highly recommend Eddie O’Keefe and SWBC Mortgage Corporation to anyone looking for a mortgage lender. We are incredibly grateful for all of Eddie’s help and couldn’t be happier with our experience. He was a huge part of making our move to Jacksonville a success!
It was such a pleasure working with Eddie O’Keef. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me. He answered all of my questions with sincerity. I never felt as if I were just another customer. Eddie is very personal, pays attention to what matters to you and always answers a text or returns a call. His knowledge of his trade and customer service can’t be beat. I definitely recommend contacting Eddie O’Keef for your next mortgage.
Eddie is awesome! He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and organized. His communication is great and he answered all of our questions. He helped make the process of buying a home much smoother than our previous experiences!
Eddie O'Keefe and his team were so helpful during submission of our financials. My husband and are are not very tech savvy and Eddie made it easy for us. I never felt pressured or rushed. We closed on time and are now living in our beautiful new home!
