Emergency Dental of Jacksonville

I have an issue with there is no email contact for them. I noticed on their website that they say plainly they accept dental insurance and says to book your emergency appointment now. Well I was told in person I had to self pay that they don’t accept insurance for emergency visits. The doctor and staff was incredibly nice and helpful but I was charged 600 for a plastic piece of junk I could have made at home that broke in two spots first night . First of all 500 for what I got was way overpriced I have no problem paying for a consultation but should receive the rest of my money back as I don’t receive anything worth paying for Amazon probably would have sent me a better device.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at this emergency dental office when I needed my wisdom teeth removed. The entire team was professional, caring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Bryon was especially helpful and reassuring, and Dr. Rowland did an amazing job with the extraction. They made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier, and I truly appreciate the care and attention they provided. I’m very grateful for their excellent service and would highly recommend this office to anyone needing emergency dental care. Thank you, Bryon and Dr. Rowland, for taking such great care of me!

My visit was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walk in Kylie made me feel welcomed. Dentist was amazing and so was my dental assistant Paris. Kylie went over everything and was so transparent and were very friendly. Defiantly recommend these guys.

Dr.Rowland and Mical were awesome I got a tooth extracted and made me feel so safe and in good hands. I was nervous to like on the verge of tears! But I got my 2nd left mollar pulled I was numbed then went right into it. Literally the process its self was about 15 minutes. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you. I’m pain free finally and I got to keep my tooth:)
