✨ Today I said yes to something I didn’t know I needed. I attended a breathwork session today at Eneray, and it was everything I needed. Sheila and Atahana created such a loving, safe space for our small group to learn how to breathe into ourselves in such a powerful way. We each set an intention, and as I settled into deep belly and heart breathing, I felt my body beginning to release patterns that were no longer serving me. It was incredibly powerful. Today felt like another step in my healing journey—not just releasing what was no longer serving me, but creating space to pour more love into my own heart and allow my light to shine even brighter. I left feeling a sense of aliveness unlike anything I’ve experienced in a long time… while also feeling deeply peaceful and tranquil. At the end of our session, each of us received a card that was said to be inspired by Spirit as a final piece of guidance. Mine was Vitality. 💚 “I am a being of light. I accept the divine energy in my body, and every one of my cells regenerates.” It felt like such a beautiful Godwink. I’m so grateful I said yes today. If you’re in the St. Augustine area and have been feeling called to reconnect with yourself, I highly recommend experiencing this beautiful space. It is led with so much love, compassion, and genuine care. Sometimes the next step in our healing isn’t something we know to look for… Yet when we follow our heart and intuition, they have a beautiful way of leading us exactly where we need to be. Today was simply me saying yes to an invitation my soul had been quietly waiting to accept. ✨ 💚
I’ve had so many wonderful experiences at EneRay! It is truly a hidden gem. Every breathwork session and workshop leaves me feeling lighter, more grounded, and refreshed. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and filled with kind, like-minded people. You can truly feel the care and intention behind everything they do. Sheila and Atahana are true light workers who generously share their unique gifts to help others heal and grow and you can feel the care and intention they pour into everything that they do. I’m so grateful to have found this community and highly recommend EneRay to anyone looking for healing, growth and connection :)
A Welcoming Space for Holistic Practitioners 😊🙌✨️ As a Doctor of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine, I recommend EneRay Energy Enhancement Temple to fellow holistic healers, doctors, and practitioners looking for a space to practice. From day one, the team has been incredibly supportive, easygoing, and accommodating. They truly go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need to feel comfortable and successful. The temple itself holds a high-vibrational, soothing energy that enhances any healing modality. It is a beautiful, seamless environment not only for your patients but for your own professional growth. If you are looking for a collaborative, stress-free space with a team that genuinely supports your mission, EneRay is the perfect place to call home💓
This place was beautiful. I went on a company retreat, and the energy that filled the space was amazing. My coworkers and I felt at peace, and most importantly, we felt safe. The staff was knowledgeable and patient. The environment was calming. 10 out of 10 recommended! My partner and I are already planning another visit for the both of us, as he heard all about my experience and is itching to go! Thank you for such a beautiful experience!
I drove by after moving here and I knew I had to check it out. Months later a friend suggested their breathwork and wow! It is nothing short of life-changing. The whole space is just so beautiful and the energy is palpable! Will definitely be back to check out more of their offerings!
