Imagine you plan what’s supposed to be the best day of your life for over two years,, Go over every single detail review your contracts make sure you’re within the means of your contracts And you are excited to marry the love of your life at Epping Forest yacht club, And then the big day it gets here and you are the bride going to change your hair and make up at 9 o’clock and The day of coordinator KALEY Presley and other office staff Is yelling at Your bridesmaids And yourself the bride stating that we need to get out of the bridal suite as I’m changing my hair trying to get dressed for the remainder of the evening while it is a contracted space to have up until 1030. The whole staff is rude and nasty, A Venue (with a $20,000 minimum) (We paid well over that with 126 guest)) Well, I understand Ernestine was our previous coordinator and Left for reasons unknown. We were assigned KALEY at the very last minute and I am super disappointed in the way she handled this event that I have been looking forward to for years. I’m in love with the aesthetic of the property, the mansion is beautiful. The Grounds in the garden is absolutely stunning, But that is the only thing pleasing about this place that people here are less than nice accommodating and cordial for the amount of money you spent to be here and spend your big day. I promise you none of it is worth it in the end to be treated as such, especially with the amount of money you’re putting into your big day. You’ll be very happy if you spend your money elsewhere if you’re looking for a venue to go to. ,

I can’t begin to describe the truly amazing experience my husband and I had by having our wedding at Epping Forest. Our venue coordinator, Ernestine, made our experience from the moment we came in for a tour, to the end of the night at our wedding, unforgettable. She was extremely knowledgeable, positive, and enthusiastic about making our day go great! Our bridal attendant, Kathy was so so helpful, from helping me with my train, to bustling my dress, to even grabbing my husband and I drinks (without us saying a word). She made our night go so smoothly! Besides the absolute gorgeousness of the mansion and grounds, the service and food at Epping is unmatched. 70% of our wedding guests were from out of town, and choosing a classic “Jacksonville” venue was important to us, and Epping delivered. Guests RAVED like seriously raved about everything. If you are on the fence, here’s your sign!
We hosted our daughter's wedding here last week. It's hard to find the words to express how impressed we were, and how much our expectations were exceeded. The facility itself is stunningly gorgeous - you will find no better. However, the entire staff here, led by Kaylee and Theresa really made the difference. They answered every question and saw to every need. We were floored, and we heard from SEVERAL guests that this was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever attended. I agree whole-heartedly with them. The entire experience not only exceeded our expectations, but was better than our wildest dreams. 5 stars are simply not enough. Thank you!!

She listened to our vision and worked tirelessly to make it a reality. Her warm personality and attention to detail made the planning process a joy. The food at Epping Forest Yacht Club was outstanding. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious menu that catered to our tastes perfectly. The presentation was impeccable, and dietary restrictions were accommodated seamlessly. One of the standout features was how smoothly our wedding day ran. The staff was efficient and attentive, ensuring every moment flowed seamlessly. We could relax and enjoy our special day without any worries. The venue itself is stunning, with picturesque views of the river, timeless architecture, and well-maintained grounds. It created a magical atmosphere that our guests loved. We are forever grateful for the beautiful memories created in this wonderful setting. Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality!
Very spacious, plenty of parking. Great for different types of events. The mansion was beautiful and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Great for a wedding or family reunion.
