I’m absolutely disgusted with the level of unprofessionalism and outright negligence from Jack Evans Refrigeration and Air Conditioning LLC. A few months ago, Jack installed two 5-ton A/C units at our dental office in Orange Park. I paid him in full, on time, and never once disrespected his work or tried to haggle—he was treated fairly and professionally every step of the way. And how did he repay that? He completely ghosted me. No callbacks, no replies to my texts, just left on read for two months straight. I’ve reached out countless times and he has ignored every single attempt to get support. This is not just bad business—it’s cowardly. Now the real damage is showing up: leaks have started coming through the roof, and once again, no response from Jack. Not a word. We are a dental office serving patients in our community, and now we’re dealing with the fallout of his sloppy, irresponsible work. This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s actively affecting our ability to treat patients. Jack Evans is not just unreliable—he’s dangerous to any business or homeowner who counts on quality work and accountability. Do not trust him with your property, your money, or your peace of mind. He’ll take your cash and vanish. Run the other way.
