The team here were all awesome! I drive 1.25 hours just to come back to them. I had a little issue today and they fit me in, took good care of me and I was out in no time! Great customer service!!!

New patient here. I simply could not have had a better experience. I called at 10:20 a.m. and was offered an 11:20 a.m. appointment that very same day. At 12:25 p.m. I was walking out with my new prescriptions and sample contacts that I could already tell were going to suit me better than the ones I was using previously. And received nothing but kind and professional treatment from start to finish. Dr Jenna Rogers and her staff took excellent care of me. Go ahead and ask them a million questions, I did. Love the optometrist(s) at Costco. Love the whole department. They have a wide selection of frames and their prices are unmatched. The private ophthalmologist on staff is top notch. She is very personable and friendly, as well as a wealth of information and knowledge.
