Dr Pham and the staff are awesome! Dr Pham took all the time needed to make sure my contacts were perfect and he answered all my questions. The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful
Everyone at this location was great: the eye tech, the doctor and the associate who helped me order my glasses. They were all polite, professional and explained everything thoroughly.
Easy to work with. Dr. Pham & his staff were very helpful and offered Top tier services. We felt very welcomed.
Bad first impression via poor customer service from a lady at the front desk. We weren’t greeted and she literally didn’t even look at my husband and I when we got to the desk, just asked what my name was. We almost left after that interaction, but this was the only time our schedules aligned to get our eyes checked out. The Doctor however was great.
After going to another place and being highly dissatisfied, I was very happy. The doctor, the staff, the whole experience was just so pleasurable.
