I want to thank Farah & Farah first off for taking my case. I was in a hit and run and left in the wind trying to make normal happen again. I was turned down by one office because they didn't see a favorable case. I was told by the police that everything about my situation was insignificant ( THAT WAS THE ACTUAL WORD USED). I was left with no car and hospital bills to deal with. Farah and Farah true to their saying; did not flinch. They made me feel comfortable and taken care of from the start. I knew win or lose on this case they would stay true to their ideals. Genuinely caring about their clients and seeing their work as a purpose beyond just a job or paycheck. Joanna ( I worked with her most) was so kind and determined. God Bless her, she made me feel like there was hope for my case. Even when the case seemed dead in the water she expressed how my injuries and hardship mattered and mattered to her. She said we are going to give up yet. She listened to me and my story and believed me. She would call with excitement to tell me good news and call with confidence in time with bad new, that there was still hope. She was amazing through and through. Laura (whom I work with a little less) was amazing as well. She was sweet, kind and kept me updated on what was going on. She was very prompt in her replies and sending documents. I felt confident with her work on my case that things where getting done. Ryan, who I worked very briefly with, was very kind and professional. He gave me the legal details in a very clear and precise manner. I didn't feel surprised by anything because I was well prepared. He offered to answer any questions that I had and I could call back if needed. Just incase anyone was wondering we did win the case in the end. But even if we didn't this team was still amazing, well organized, and caring. Real people helping real people. P.s. There where some members of the team I didn't get the privilege of meeting, but I thank them for their unseen works; it may of been unseen but it was felt.

Let me start out by saying that I am giving Farrah and Farah two stars because of the great work my first two attorneys did during my 4.5 year long case. When Ryan left I should’ve followed and maybe just maybe I would’ve ended up in a better situation than I am currently. Lakia is one of those attorneys that you hear people saying things like she didn’t do her job, I feel misrepresented and so on. If you are one of her clients make sure you stay on top of her. During her tenure on my case I had to fight constantly to get a call back, or even an email back. If you think your going to be able to contact someone other than your legal team to complain to Give it up and go to the board. This isn’t my original bad review I was going to post, I waited months to make this because of how upset I am by the service I received, by how disrespected she made me feel. I won’t use Farah and Farah again.

Joanna and her team were very professional, diligent, and made this whole process very easy from start to finish. I didn’t know what to expect when I first reached out to inquire about the case, but Joanna explained the process and what to expect. The team reached out to me throughout the process to see how I was feeling after the accident and throughout my treatments. I would highly recommend Farah and Farah!! Very thankful for the entire team!
