I am honestly in awe of the beautiful experience I had here, now after my second visit, and I plan to return again and again. Perhaps the best way I can describe my experience is that my precious grandchildren and I were warmly welcomed and fully embraced by the most kind souls one could ever imagine! It felt as if we had been ushered into their beautiful church family by earthly angels, with such kindness and care, as they connected each of us to children's church and Pastor Zach Terry's sermon at our first visit, and an enriching adult Bible study group today. I truly can not fully describe my experience here...only that the care and the detail that went into ensuring my grandchildren and I experienced Christ's love through each kind soul we met, impressioned me so much that what I've experienced here has been on my heart every day since first going, and I can hardly wait for us to return again...it was like having a first glimpse of what Heaven will be!
It's a very nice Church that you can tell is very well taken care of by its members. The music is excellent and the pastor preaches relatively solid Doctrine from what I could tell from my three or four visits. I'm also a little biased because I have some very close friends that are longtime members.
Anointed & the Pastor speaks the truth, straight for God's word. Teaches and then helps people to USE it in our daily lives! 🔥❤️🔥
Everyone was friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home both in Bible study and the worship service.
My wife and I came from a fantastic church experience in Maryland and wondered where the Lord would lead us as we moved to FB just over a year ago. After a lot of searching, He brought us to First Baptist. We are so pleased that the preaching is Biblically sound, socially relevant and touches real life...our lives. Pastor Zach is also easy to listen to and to understand. The services are very worshipful and the music up to date with respect for the great hymns of the past. Gary, the new worship leader is incredibly talented. The church is entering an exciting time of growth and we are so blessed to be part of it.
