We were blessed to find Nicole Middlebrook. Besides being an unbelievably awesome real estate professional, Nicole is an unbelievably outstanding person. We were connected to Nicole by her agency who we randomly called regarding one of their online listings. We did not originally know where in Florida we wanted to be, so we were looking north, south, east, and west hoping to find the perfect property and Nicole was willing to put us in contact with other realtors in those areas who were also really fine professionals. Nicole arranged the perfect schedule for all the homes we wanted to see in the St Augustine and surrounding area. At the time, we were living in CT and traveled to FL to see homes when we could, which were multiple times. Nicole was so patient with us, happily and professionally accommodating our multiple visits. Most realtors would have written us off and given up, but not Nicole! She not only stayed with us, responding instantly to all of our emails, texts and calls, but as we were viewing the homes, she took copious notes of what we liked and didn't like about each home on the back of the printouts, so we could review it later...Who does that??? Nicole did, and it was VERY helpful. In desperation we decided to seek and review new construction in the area. Nicole spent the entire day with us and the agent for one of the builders we were interested in, working out the details of a home we were excited to build. After 13 hours of dedicated time, we came to the conclusion that the project was not going to work for us. Nicole was not deterred despite this unfortunate waste of time. She continued to be positive and hopeful that we would eventually find what we were looking for. FINALLY we found our dream home in a perfect area, all because of Nicole's patience, persistence, wonderful advice, and workmanlike professionalism. By that time, Nicole had been working with us for over a year. Most definitely, and without hesitation, we would recommend Nicole Middlebrook to anyone looking for their dream home in St Augustine/Jacksonville area.
