I highly recommend William Scott and First Coast Property Inspectors. I was in Pennsylvania while buying a new construction home in St. Johns, Florida, so I needed someone I could trust to inspect the home on my behalf. Will did an outstanding job. He was professional, thorough, and found several issues that I would never have noticed myself, including roof damage, HVAC concerns, finish items, and other repairs that can now be addressed before closing. The report was detailed, easy to understand, and included clear photos of every issue, making it easy to review everything with the builder. If you're buying a home, especially from out of state, I'd definitely recommend these guys. Very easy to work with, did a very thorough job, and gave me confidence that nothing important was overlooked.
I chose Will at First Coast Property Inspectors because he came very highly recommended by our realtor. We are quite pleased with the work, including the scope, documentation and cost. Will was also readily available to have a follow up call to discuss the report's findings. A job well done!
I've called Jacksonville Fireplace Repair multiple times this past year for various chimney issues. They never disappoint. Each time, they kept me in the loop and even texted me before showing up. Got the work done quickly, usually in under an hour. Just solid service all around. Definitely worth giving them a shout!
We needed our condo inspection done quickly so we called Will on a Saturday afternoon and expected his voice mail, he answered on the first ring! We had a thorough, comprehensive and easy to read inspection report with detailed photos 3 days later at a great price. Highly recommend FCPI!
Will was very thorough and skilled at inspecting all components of my property..as a builder investor couldn't have chose a better one
