Lucy Badore was exceptional in helping me with my issue. She helped me to quickly get my debit card closed because it had been compromised. She quickly wrote up a dispute and explained what I should expect to happen. Finally she made me new debit cards. I was well pleased with her service. Allison Lawrence
Opened up an account the other day and so pleasantly surprised by the friendly welcome. Jalissa was amazing - so professional and helpful - I am looking forward to my new relationship with this branch.
My Mother, Helen C Leavins opened her account at First Federal Bank of Yulee in Wildlight around 4 years ago and I can highly recommend the entire staff without any reservations! My Mom added me on her account, due to her age, she will be turning 94 in August so her travel is minimal and has no connection to the Internet. Lucy Bedore has been a blessing to both of us recently, and helped me tremendously. Once again I can recommend this bank without any hesitation, and I believe I'll be opening my personal checking account tomorrow. Thank you Lucy Bedore and First Federal Bank of Wildlight for all of your help. Respectfully, Helen C Leavins and Myself, Susan S Gonzalez
Jalissa was absolutely wonderful! Super helpful and sweet from the moment we walked in. First federal bank does an amazing job at making its customers feel welcomed and valued. 10/10 experience!
I loved my experience at the Wildlight branch! Lucy Badore was extremely helpful and professional and answered all my questions. She has made me a life long customer!
