I could not rate this law firm low enough. If you are thinking of using this firm for estate planning. I would run. My story began when my mother passed away. The night I left the hospital, devastated and not knowing where to go, my step Brother Mark Aston went to the bank and illegally used my mother’s debit card to withdrawal cash from her account. He was the trustee of the trust but did not have a legal right to use a dead persons debit card and the night of her death, who does that. When I brought this complaint to the law firm they disregarded my emails and throughout the entire process they refused to do what was in the best interest of the family. During the process, items that were not in the trust were added to it and this value was stolen from my sister. Equal shares were supposed to be given according to the will of all the trust assets. This did not include other personally owned items, they were divided before the trust was monetized. My sister and I took a special trip to Florida to get the title of my mother’s car for my sister. It was agreed in front of four of the siblings and the DMV of St Johns County that the car would be given to my sister "free". I have contacted St Johns County DMV and Sheriff's office with this information. Instead after it was given to her, title in hand. Mark Aston with the assistance of the law firm agent Anne Jabolski had $10,500 stolen from my sister's portion of the trust. Saying this was the value of the car. The car was never in the trust and should have never been included. This was stated in the will that they wrote for her. To make it worse, everyone who knows our family knows my sister is horrible with money and has a shopping addiction. My mother entrusted with this firm to set up my sisters money to go into a special needs trust that could be used for Maggie but could not be accessed by her. I was to be a special trustee for this account. If you have any family like this could you imagine them messing up something so important to my mother. This law firm failed to set the account up correctly and gave her the money directly after my mother’s passing. This firm failed my mother’s wishes and if you want your family taken care of in a specific way, this firm knows you will be dead and not have a voice when they screw it up.  I would not recommend this firm to anyone. As long as this review is up, know it is factual and I have evidence to prove everything stated. They will not honor your wishes. I would steer clear of them. This firm has ignored email request, had incorrect numbers on many different forms they asked us to sign. Sloppy work with many errors. In our most painful time where we thought we could trust step family and the lawyers, all trust was lost and they took advantage of my disabled sister. She has her issues but she did not deserve to have her inheritance stolen. Emails have gone unanswered from Fisher and Tousey since 11/12/2024. We still have had no response. When my ex-step brother first started acting untrustworthy I asked that all communication be through email or text to make sure he was not making stuff up. If I could attach emails or documents, you would be shocked at what they have or have not done. When asked about my options for recourse on this I have been told illegal activity has occurred but I would have to sue the law firm and my ex-step brother to get this criminally and civilly corrected. Unfortunately I do not believe in lawsuits based on my religion. Vengeance is the Lords and not mine to take. I just hope someone reads this before they make the same mistake my mother made trusting this firm and trusting my ex-step brother Mark.
