Garber Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Center

I have a Wow God story that involves a few service men in the Mopar service center in green cove springs. A few days ago my son found out a brand new tire had shredded on the inside. He barely had enough money to cover the cost of another tire and then when he arrived at the tire center that was selling in the tire they announced that they couldn't find the key to unlock the rim! Apparently the man who put the tires on Pryor had kept it. He called the people that put the other tires on and of course they do not have in it. So we called everybody to try to figure out what he could do. Several people were willing to cut off the lug nut with the lock. But they also wanted to charge anywhere from $180 to $400. My son was desperate he couldn't drive the car with the tire the way it was for fear that it would break down with a flat. When I went into garbage automotive service center in Green Cove Springs .... Not only did they tell me that they could take it off for us, but they also quoted the price of $25. Garber automotive thank you so much for not taking advantage of us little guys out here just trying to make a living. When we go get ready to trade our cars we'll be back!! Your service center is amazing.

I had a wonderful experience! Tiffany helped my niece and I out yesterday when we came in to get her oil changed, Tiffany was very knowledgeable, kind, and she really goes out of her way to make sure her clients are comfortable and taken care of. Your service department is lucky to have her, and we will be back.

While no one wants to take their car in for warranty issues, dealing with Garber CDJR was very pleasant. Penny was very helpful getting me scheduled quickly, and Tiffany was great in the office. They got my set up with a rental car, and in and out of the office quickly which was great with an antsy 4yo. They got everything fixed up within 24 hours and even vacuumed the car out. Much better than the other same brand dealerships in the area. Garber knows how to do it!

I’ve been dealing with Garber Chrysler for over 20 years and they have never failed to exceed my expectations with fantastic service understanding, professionalism tolerance, and do their best to exceedmy expectations. Tiffany was fantastic. In the way she handle my last service. James is a fantastic service manager. Thanks again guys for a fantastic experience.
