We just bought a great mattress, a bedroom suit, a chase with sleeper sofa and even received a free bonus TV. Sean was our sales person and he was very helpful in assisting with our decision making. This is a great furniture store. We highly recommend Gibson McDonald Furniture & Mattress.
Lizzy is still awesome! We've been buying more furniture lately and she has been a huge help making every purchase stress free. I still rate their service a five star! Thank you Lizzy! We enjoyed our experience so much the first time we went back and had an awesome experience the 2nd time. Lizzy was awesome and we were able to use the kiosk to find more than what I needed. It worked great since I already knew what I wanted.
Purchased a bench seat for a kitchen table. After about a week with not mush use, we noticed a small 1" tear in the fabric on top of the seat that wasn't there when delivered. The manager Sean procured, a replacement bench and drove it out to our house to swap with the torn one no questions asked. Fabulous customer service.
Highly recommend Gibson McDonald for all your furniture needs. My salesman was Joe Dunham at the Callahan, FL location. He is very knowledgeable and an amazing salesman. I will be back for future furniture needs. I already found the dinning room set that I want.
Sean is great manager, when I was nervous of coming in an getting a new couch, he made it simple, explain the whole process an made it easy for me to understand, he was very sweet an awesome dude, 10/10 definitely would come back!!!
