Their hours are listed as open until 6 p.m., but we arrived with a car full of donations at 5:20 p.m. and the store was already closed. The door was locked and there was no explanation posted. One of the stated missions of this charity is job training, but basic things like honoring posted hours are part of running a business. Unfortunately, that did not seem to be happening at this location. Very disappointing.
Same problem as someone else posted a few months ago, closed early!!! I raced to be there to unload my one ton truck with over 15 boxes of donations, we arrived at 5:35, posted on door open to 6… had to drive home and store all those boxes back in my garage, totally ridiculous…total waste of time and effort in 95 degree weather!🥵
I had an excellent experience at this Goodwill location. Jack went above and beyond to help me unload my donation of empty bottles. He was very polite, quick, and professional, which made the whole process smooth and easy. It’s great to see staff who genuinely care about helping others. Thank you, Jack, for your outstanding service!
This location is usually full. Beware of the pricing here. There is no rhyme or reason to it at all.
I went to this Goodwill last week. They were very nice and friendly. The problem I have with this location is I went back last Saturday, and their hours are listed online and on the front door as open from 9:00am to 6:00pm every day. I got there at exactly 9:00am on Saturday and it was closed. I sat in my car until 9:35am and still no one showed up to open the store.
