I recently saw Dr Nimri and her assistant Aramesh for a Bridge and a Root Canal. I was very impressed with the professionalism they both displayed. Everything was explained in detail. All my questions were answered with genuine concern and with realistic outcomes. I was in the chair for approximate 2 hours and 45 minutes as there was a complication. They worked together in synch as if they were one person. They made sure I was comfortable at all times. I highly recommend both Dr Nimri and Aramesh.
Nobody likes to go to the dentist - I drive 20 miles to see mine! Dr. Gatewood and the staff are amazing. I’ve had a lot of work done this past year - fillings, crowns, Invisalign, and ended with Zoom whitening, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results and the cost. I’ve also seen a lot of dentists/dental offices in my 54 years and Grand Cypress is by far the best. What are you waiting for?
I had an extremely great experience at this location. After a very thorough and gentle cleaning I then went back for a few fillings. The team was very patient and made comfort a high priority. The establishment is very clean and the entire staff was beyond friendly and accommodating.
Amazing! I broke my tooth Thursday evening and made on appointment online for Friday at 1pm. They called me Thursday morning and got me in at 8:30 am instead. Once I got there every single employee I encountered was super nice and professional. They fixed my tooth during the same appointment. They are now my new permanent dentist. Highly, highly recommend!
I am beyond frustrated with my experience here. I initially came in for a straightforward teeth cleaning, but what should have been a simple visit has been dragged out into a three-appointment ordeal. My first appointment consisted of nothing but X-rays. During the second visit, they only cleaned the teeth on one side of my mouth, forcing me to return a third time today just to get the other half finished. I have never experienced a "split" cleaning like this in my life, especially considering I have excellent oral health—I’ve had exactly one cavity in 48 years. To make matters worse, the first session was incredibly painful. I’ve never had issues with sensitivity or pain during a cleaning before, which leads me to believe the hygienist may lack the necessary experience. As someone who suffers from severe dental anxiety, this entire process has been a nightmare. Instead of building trust, this office has only spiked my stress levels. Communication is also non-existent. I called at 9:00 AM on Monday to discuss these concerns with the office manager, Trish. It is now Wednesday, and I have yet to receive a return call. Being ignored when you're already anxious about your care is completely unacceptable. I was hoping for a smooth transition to a new dentist, but this has been a painful, inefficient, and dismissive experience
